The Original Smokehouse
Westfield White City
CTC took the lead on this refurbishment of an existing bar to add a new 70 cover restaurant within the exuberant Westfield shopping centre in White City. This restaurant is a modern smoke house eatery offering southern style American comfort food with a twist.
Working alongside an interior design company CTC were appointed to review costs, budgets and project manage the refurbishment. After completing an initial budget cost plan and agreeing contract figures we appointed the contractors to complete the project. The whole construction phase of the project and all contractors on site were then managed from day one until handover including regular and amended cost reports for our client.
The design of this restaurant made use of reclaimed timber introducing a relaxed and casual American diner atmosphere into a buzzing and crowded London shopping centre.
