Sucre took over a 310-year-old former concert hall in London’s Great Marlborough Street to bring together Latin American and European influences.

CTC provided Design Support to the Client appointed Japanese Interior Designers to develop a full drawing pack, advising on the operational functionality of the space. They also provided Project and Cost Management services throughout the duration of the project.
