Real Greek

The nature of this scheme was to form a new Greek restaurant as part of their roll out programme within the existing Cafe and storage areas of a Debenhams store. As part of this exciting project we created an external seating under a 1990’s glazed canopy.

CTC were involved from the outset by assessing the feasibility of creating a new restaurant and completed an initial sketch scheme to make sure the restaurant fit within the space available and allowed the existing drainage to be utilised. Once the schemes were signed off CTC produced a full detailed design drawing pack, working alongside the client’s design team. To make certain the scheme worked we reviewed all technical details from other consultants and direct contractors.

The design for this restaurant aims to create a Greek dining experience bringing together a relaxed and engaging atmosphere enabling the customers to enjoy their delicious and healthy diet of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.  As part of the scheme CTC designed a bespoke artwork to be rolled out into other sites.
