  Showcasing the core elements of Grecian culture, GAIA brings Greek cuisine in the heart of Mayfair. CTC were instructed as Project and Cost Managers to oversee the professional team and work alongside the client appointed Interior Designers, First Within. CTC also acted as Contract Administers of the JTC Contract.

Kingly Court

  Pizza Pilgrims have been a long term client of ours, since their inception when we Project Managed the build of their first few restaurants in London. We were instructed on their Kingly Court refurbishment to Project and Cost Manage the project through to completion.

Ilona Rose House, Soho

Having established their name in Paris, CTC had the pleasure of helping to bring the Daroco Group to Soho. CTC acted as Project and Cost Managers and provided design support to the Client’s French Architect to bring the vision to life, coordinating the building works and ensuring the project maintained on track through to completion.

4 Whittaker Ave, Richmond

Scott’s in Richmond is a continuation of the famous Mayfair venue, serving exceptional seafood and shellfish dishes, fine wines and Champagne. CTC were appointed as Project Managers overseeing and coordinating the wider design team, as well as contract administering the JTC contract.
