Chatham House - 1 Project (1993-2017)

Chatham House is a Grade I listed 18th Century house home to The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), a non-profit, non-governmental organisation whose mission is to analyse international issues and current affairs.

CTC have acted for Chatham House since 1993 and have overseen multiple projects, ranging from external decorations, roofing repairs, office space remodelling, through to the comprehensive re-modelling and re-design of the Joseph Gaggero Hall, the purpose-built 275 seat conference facility where many televised conferences are held.

Through our various instructions in this important and historic building, CTC have implemented all services CTC have to offer, from concept design, party walls, planning applications and cost management
